★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fastenal in Prince George, specifically Trevor Spencer, has been excellent. The customer service and willingness to work through orders small to large to keep us supplied is very good and the people we see at our shop filling our bins and taking orders always seem very happy which makes them a pleasure to have around.
Like most suppliers in PG they sometimes don't have certain specialty items on the shelf but are willing to get them in quickly or yield to a better supplier for a niche item which is really appreciated.
Pricing is right in line with most others but made much more appealing by only charging a small percentage delivery fee instead of shipping collect with small local couriers. In the end it seems we save a little and get better service through this style of sales.
I give 5 stars because they are always working to be more than just adequate and, the few times, when something is dropped they remedy right away.
