The terrible customer service and worst courier in Canada.
I write the correct address and information on my label. No ship man shows up and tells me the address is wrong by my mistake.
The worst thing about this case is that I spend over 1 hour to call them and confirm the information is correct I made. They just told me everyone did everything wrong except them.
Ridiculous! I am still waiting for my package.
Trust me! After a few days, they ask me to wait, I still can not get this package. They delivery the packagers dependent on their minds, not the customer address or information about shipping.

Fantastic. I was returning items to Amazon. They scanned the QR code, wrapped up the box, and pushed me out the door. Not even 5 min and I m done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puralator service here doesn't provide receipts for drop off. Maybe its normal but how they tell you is very rude, in a condescending tone.
Also, they leave packages in a shopping cart behind the counter swinging door. Its very easily accessible by anyone passing by. Versus other locations, they store in a locked shelving unit or on a counter far away from counter. Doesnt provide any sense of security at all.
