★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claims to attempted delivery and receiver unavailable, but I didn't see or hear anyone come by or knock on the door and ring the bell. Called customer service, waited half an hour and got the feedback, "Oh yeah we can't do anything about that. Maybe you didn't hear them." The level of customer service is disgusting. 0 effort was put in, and blames it on the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had several large boxes that weighted 20 lbs each. I came to drop off, and ask the employee for assistance since I’m pregnant and shouldn’t lift anything that is heavy. This Purolator employee told me he can’t help because of some union excuse. I’m sure there are people in the back that could have helped me. Instead i had no choice but to bring the boxes in myself. Purolator hiring people who do the bare minimum is not your only option. Be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to return something to Amazon, and it was just a smooth and quick process! I scanned a QR code to get my shipping label. They provide materials to package your item if needed. Never had such a nice experience at any postal office before!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving is often a very stressful and shipping 4 large packages across the country is during COVID is not simple.
That being said, Bernie made everything super simple and was an amazing ambassador for the company. He was helpful, kind, and exceptionally professional in helping me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes - they also had a dolly you can use to move packages from your car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a good experience every time I come to this Purolator location. The employees are always quick to assist and generally exude kindness and a customer-first attitude. For example, today I dropped off a package with a prepaid label for overnight shipping. I asked Bernie whether it would make it to the destination on time - he assured me it would and cheerfully took the extra steps of applying "send by air" stickers to the box. Thank you, Bernie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bernie provided Exceptional customer service both for the self serve kiosk and for my International shipment . Professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with . Bernie made the entire shipping process seamless, easy and presented all the cost options for the various delivery timelines . Additionally he showed me how to navigate the self serve kiosk for other types of shipments I would be returning to do. He really made the entire experience so positive .
Great location and extremely clean and very safe notably given the current health/pandemic concerns we are all facing
