★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had the same experience with Puroclean as the rest of the people leaving reviews. We first started dealing with Rob back in April after our condo flooded in March. It is now the end of August and nothing has been done. While I understand that these circumstances can take time, Puroclean has not been proactive in the least bit to ensure our repairs are done in a timely and efficient manner. The majority of our correspondence is left unresponsive on their end. When we do finally speak to someone, there is a massive lack of accountability and finger pointing. At this point, I don't care who's fault it is that no one got back to us, Puroclean has proven on many separate occasions that we are not a priority.

I would say this work was done better than we would have done ourselves! Overall extremely positive. All the team at PuroClean were professional, courteous, and promptly followed up. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE - Surprise charge of $150 for Estimate and they did NOT EVEN COME TO PROPERTY. All done online!
I called and explained the repair I needed. They took my information. Emailed me a link where I could upload pictures and dimensions.
I never heard from them again until 2 months later they are asking me for $150 for the estimate they did.
I cannot even find the estimate in my inbox!
I ask for details on this $150 charge. Not listed on their website.
Many other companies came with free estimates (and actually came out).
BTW, their estimate (that they provided after) was three times higher than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my significant other have an ongoing costly and disappointing experience with Puroclean and more specifically with Rob and his crew at our city view apartment in Calgary.
They were hired by an adjacent apartment to ours and had to build a containment in our tennants living room to complete a cleanup of a shared wall .
Prior to completing work in our apartment we had a meeting to discuss the details of the job. Our only concern was that there was a fiber optic connection on that wall. Our tennant was currently working from home due to covid restrictions. An internet connection was crucial to his employment and could not be dirupted. This seemed like it wasn't going to be an issue at the time of our meeting.
After their so called job completion they not only created an internet outage for the unit but have also buried the internet connection entirely behind the wall.
Through multiple attempts to communicate with Rob to try and get this problem resolved we have had many unprofessional responses such as "fix it as you wish, we are not an internet provider" and " not an emergency".
Due to Rob not taking responsibility for the mistake we had to call other contractors to do additional repairs to both the internet and the wall for the unit. They had to re-open the wall open to find the buried internet cable. We found the internet cable as well as mold remaining in the wall they had claimed to clean.
We will be taking appropriate action to get reimbursed for the damages to property as well have their clean up attempt inspected. The quality of work here is unacceptable and will need to be re-evaluated.
I HOPE THAT NOBODY ELSE GOES THROUGH THIS SAME ORDEAL.

Each time they had to come for the next stage of restoration, they were friendly and efficient, pleasant to have working in our house. The house is now restored to being "home"! Thank you, Puroclean!
