★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Juan has been fantastic. From the moment we contacted him to view the apartment, he was very attentive and professional making sure our whole moving experience was quick, easy and pleasant.
He took care of every detail and concern we had about the apartment in an efficient manner and always with a great and friendly attitude!
The building is very well maintained and managed, so I would definitely recommend Pura Vida Property Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into the building in May of this year and I love the building. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and very well maintained, and the location is perfect for walks, restaurants and shops. Since I moved in, I had a few things that needed to be repaired or replaced and the management was on it the next day. I didn't have to wait for days or even weeks, as I have in a couple of other buildings that I have lived in. Juan is always more than happy to accommodate me, and for that I'm very happy. All in all the space is just perfect for me. As a single person I feel very safe in the building and all the of the residents that I have met are all
very nice and friendly. All in all it is a great building to live in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juan Coltrinari went above and beyond for me for 2 years while I lived at the building he managed. He was always there to take care of things which I needed or asked for, even when he was otherwise engaged. He has a great work ethic and takes pride in his property and it shows. When I moved out, I felt like I was not only living a solid building, but leaving a friend. Juan is a very good building manager, and he's a great person. Good luck!
