Very poor management / leadership skills and communication.
Language Barrier.
Owner does not like when you ask questions.
Office and warehouse are very unorganized, cluttered, and dirty.
Zero respect for others.
Owner is paranoid and sneaky, does not trust employees.
Firing without cause.
Very unprofessional environment.
High turn over rate for employees.
