★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my wife had our wish list prepared. Fernando and Vitor took our list from there and generated a few nice preliminary designs. We picked one design and started making revisions to it to suit our needs. Fernando and Vitor completed the revisions and sent the revised drawings back to us on a timely fashion and were always able to accommodate our design needs creatively. Wherever we were not sure how to accomplish what we wanted in the design, Fernando had the solution. We did get a few other quotes but Lima was the best price for more services. Very professional and friendly and comfortable to deal with. We strongly recommend Lime Architects and will definitely use Lima for our next house project. Cannot wait to start building.

He arranged all the surveyor and other professionals to get my job done. He always responds to the phone calls. He will be visiting my site also. I recommend him for his business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I met with Fernando of Lima Architects as we were looking to add an addition to our house. He came across as a man that would listen to what our plans were and provide us with a design that we would be happy with.
Fernando provided us, in a timely manner, the drawings and more then met with our expectations of what our house would become. He always responded to calls and emails and answered our questions promptly.
Lima Architects were also instrumental in the approval proccess in getting the minor variances approved and the permits from the city.
We would highly recommend Lima Architects to any one that is about to undergo any renovations.
