Very well maintained facilities! Backcountry hiking experience was amazing, wild flowers, birds, swamps, lake, rivers, islands, gorgeous views all around! Don't underestimate the hike with a backpack on! :) Ask staff all the question before staring out to get a good understanding! Hope you have a fun time here!

Fell in love with the park! Though I spent a couple of hours here and did a bit of hiking, it was enough to be completely mesmerized by this place! The views are beautiful! I hope to return soon to explore more of the trails.

Once of the most incredible natural areas we have visited. The quiet you can experience here is so incredible - it is truly somewhere you can get away from everything and experience nature’s beauty. Highly recommended.

One of the best parks we have visited in Ontario! The camp sites are very private with a lot of trees between. The comfort stations are clean and offer everything you need.(Dish washing sink, showers, laundry, recycling) The hiking trails are very well maintained and have spectacular views of lake superior. Even the prices are good for all the value you get!! To top it all off the staff were friendly and kind people.

We spent 5 days in July here and it was wonderful! Totally worth the long drive. Lots of trails to explore the surrounding, breathtaking views from the top of the hills, and deserted beaches with beautiful white sand and lots of drift wood. The water was really calm during our stay so it was perfect for our kids. Dog friendly.

Camped here for three days. One of the most beautiful national parks in Canada I've been to. Camping is first come first serve. Park staff were friendly and helpful! Campers were also kind and everyone was really respectful of the park. The hiking was wonderful and not too strenuous. The weather was perfect. The nights were not as cold as I thought they would be since we were so close to the water. That being said, our tent and belongings were not damp at all since the sun dried everything off during the day. We travelled with someone who had accessible needs and the bathrooms and boardwalk trails were great for them! Definitely going back next year!

What a breathtaking place! I did not expect the trails to be so beautiful and so scenic. The trails are fairly easy and well-marked; or you can pretty much climb the rocks at your own pace and discretion and you will end up at the same spot. For those interested in art, one of the trails takes you to the beautiful Horseshoe Beach, which was used in one of the Group of Seven paintings. If you get a chance and before visiting this place, google the meaning behind the word β€œPuskaskwa” and β€œPukasu” for an interesting revelation.
