This storage facility is maintained well, staff always on hand during working hours and ready to help or answer any questions! Great people at this location for sure, and great security! Highly recommend Public Storage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting a storage was a very fast service and the staff were competent and effective! Once I received my gate passcode and my locker, I never encountered an issue of any sort! I always had access to my locker when I needed it and I was never worried that sonething might happen to my stuff! I had my locker for more than a year and I would certainly rent another one if I had the need for it!

I asked to see a unit and was accommodated and offered a promotional package for the unit I decided on.
Right until the end of my contract there were no surprises, access was easy with no issues, and the facility was maintained in a manner that gave me confidence.
Highly recommended. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a friend to rent a unit, my truck was full of items to store but was told upon arriving that you need a credit card to rent a unit. Not everyone has one. So avoid this place unless you have a credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, secure site. They have alot of moving supplies which is very helpful. There is no lighting inside the storage units, you need to bring a flashlight to see anything. The units are not well maintained. I couldn't get the outside door open due to ice build up and snow. I finally managed to open the door at the other end of the unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, clean environment. A bit too pricey and communication; automated text/emails received of changes or updates were always in French and not in both languages (English). I don't speak French.
No lights in storage (outside not sure abut inside ). In the colder seasons, don't expect to be able to go through your things to declutter. Because Brrr?
