★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to rent lockers from. I've been renting lockers from them almost every year for the past couple of years. Locker promotions help you save money. Friendly and knowledgeable staff can assist you on locker size, and are also willing to show them to you. Don't forget packing supplies. Boxes, paper, bubble wrap and more. Thank you Ron and to your team for outstanding service. 5-Stars!!!

The storage facility and units are well light , impeccably clean and offer a dry heated environment.
I strongly recommend this Public Storage property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was good, they refunded me for a month because I had to call a towing to get my car out of its parking space, as there was too much snow. The car was starting, but their snow removal company did not do a good job and I could not drive my car out. They managed to accommodate me in refunding a month of storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I’ve used these guys but I have to say that (especially under the given situation), Ron (the veteran) and the other gentleman I met today we’re beyond incredible. They were understanding, accommodating and supportive during what for me was a difficult time. 100% would recommend. I used them in 2016, 2021, and just seamlessly upgrade my unit for the month. Thank you both for your support and privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this location. The first time I went in was a Friday evening, maybe 10 minutes before closing. Knowing this, and as Ron was cleaning up, I wanted to ask one question and leave so he could get home. But he was so very kind, took the time to explain the pricing. He also let me know how the upcoming July move season affected the availability of their units, which was valuable information.
When I went back a few days later, Ron walked me through the whole process, expectations, the contract, answered any questions I had, and was so very patient through it all. I also had the privilege of meeting Despina, and she is every bit as lovely as the reviews said she would be. Truly, if you're looking for storage in the West Island, this is it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ron gave me such an incredible customer service. Being a first time client for renting a storage space he provided me with all the required explanation. The prices, the insurance and took the time to show me the rented space and how the key works. On the day of the move, he was present and provided a code for the movers so I don't have to share my personal one. At the end of the move, he was in the area and made sure I closed the storage space properly. Very... hummm extremely satisfied.
