★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced grumpy attitude at the desk, very little product knowledge, and ended up with inferior product than I was looking for. And they won't accept returns. I bought a superieior product later elsewhere and didn't have to deal with attitude. I won't go back to Prosol.
