★ ★ ★ ★ ★ None of the items I was interested in were priced, staff seemed annoyed that I was asking what the prices on things were. Quality of items and prices seemed about par with Princess Auto, but Princess Auto has vastly better service and doesn't tack on an extra 5%"freight" fee at the till, or a 3% credit card fee, or have a "no cash returns, in store credit only" fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat place. Prices aren’t cheap like you’d expect, they about regular retail prices but they have hard to find items.
Also a lot of junky Kirkland clothes, so maybe this is where Costco sends some clothing returns?
Otherwise neat to walk around but I didn’t find anything worth buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll summarize the experience like this, it's like walking through every other stores clearance center, but with everything marked up in price except the odd item. I would expect the quality to match the customer service, which sounds to be fairly poor after reading some other reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use pictures from Amazon of a high quality item on their website (with a great price). When you show up for that item, they give you a completely different, crappier version of a worse brand and are like, "same... same thing".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. Purchased an electric ride on vehicle for my 3 year old for his birthday from uncle weiners saskatoon. My husband opened it up to assemble and the dashboard had a big crack. We took it back and the staff were annoyed but eventually gave us a new one. My son's first ride on the new one lasted 30 seconds when we started noticing smoke and fumes and then it stopped working. The radio was completely fried and damaged and the battery dislodged. We were told to make a claim with their customer service department......that claim was made in MAY 2021- we still have not heard anything back. We visited the store regularly and told them we would be making a claim to the better business bureau- they welcomed this. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY SELL YOU AND GUARANTEE NOTHING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After viewing some very negative reviews l have to say l had a pleasant shopping experience here. I phoned ahead to make sure they had the product in stock that l wanted to purchase. They answered my many questions and l went a head and bought it. While l was at the store picking up and paying for my purchase the staff was friendly and helpful.
