À ma surprise une fois sur place on m'informe qu'on avait vendu le seule BBQ en inventaire. Déplacement pour rien et bien déçu de mon expérience. I called in the morning to tell the sales person that I was having the Napoleon BBQ that she had shown me the day before and that I would drop by after work to pick it up. To my surprise once there I was informed that we had sold the only BBQ in inventory. Travel for nothing and very disappointed with my experience.

Two service calls, three hours billed, $ 600.00 later (parts and labor), repairs have not been made to our stove and it is in the same condition as before.

J'ai contacté la présente compagnie en pensant qu'il réglerait mon problème. Voici le résultat : appel de service 95$ + 69.15$ (75¢/km - je n'étais pas au courant qu'il facturait du kilométrage) = 188.77$tx in. pour qu'un technicien se présente chez moi et me dise que j'ai un problème d'isolation au niveau du foyer... Il est venu sans matériaux pour régler le problème et n'est resté que 5 minutes. Aucune réparation ne fut effectuée et le technicien fut incapable de m'expliquer les normes d'isolation et les possibilités s'offrant à moi car selon la compagnie, le technicien n'en fait pas l'installation et n'en connaît pas les normes s'y rattachant. Il s'est présenté avec aucune matière isolante sachant pourtant que c'était la raison de son déplacement. La compagnie auraient pu simplement me faire économiser 188$ en me mentionnait par téléphone qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour ce type de problème... I contacted this company thinking that it would solve my problem. He came without materials to solve the problem and stayed only 5 minutes. He presented himself with no insulating material knowing however that was the reason for his removal. The company could have simply saved me $ 188 by telling me over the phone that it could not do anything for this type of problem ...

On nous indique qu'il faudra changer le système au complet. Arrivé à la maison et fait une inspection sommaire. Deux fils d'alimentation mal branchés. Après reconnection, tout fonctionne. Prière d'éviter ces commerçants fourbes et malhonnêtes... After 3 months of procrastination, a final bill of $ 138 for "cleaning". Our heating system is still not working.
