Compagnie malhonnête. Ils essaient de convaincre mon oncle (proprio d'un restaurant) qu'il a besoin de connecter un vaporisateur pour faire augmenter la pression et ses BTU total, ce qui est complètement faux. Si ils mentent à propos de ça, imaginé ce qu'ils font avec la facturation. Faite attention si vous faites affaires avec eux à Chateauguay. En passant, j'ai même essayé d'avoir l'heure juste en appelant le représentant. 1ere tentative boite vocale. 2ieme tentative boîte vocale. 1 heure plus tard, il me rappel. C'est loin d'être un service 24/24, car aussitôt que j'ai mentionné la raison de mon appel, il me demande de le rappelé Lundi car il n'a pas accès au dossier et qu'il est présentement en mode "magasinage". C'est la première fois que j'ai entendu ça, avec toute l'argent qu'il fait sur les factures "gonflés" et l'ajout de pièces durant l'installation, c'est certain qu'il peux se permette de "magasiner"!
Dishonest company. They try to convince my uncle (owner of a restaurant) that he needs to connect a vaporizer to increase the pressure and his total BTUs, which is completely false. J'avais rendez-vous avec un de leurs représentants, voyant qu'il n'était pas présent j'ai téléphoné pour me faire dire que finalement ils n'offre plus se service et que l'on ma laissé un message sur ma boite vocale chose qui n'a jamais été fait. Très décevant.
I had an appointment with one of their representatives, seeing that he was not present I called to tell me that finally they no longer offer this service and that they left me a message on my box vocal thing that has never been done. Very disappointing.

Leur représentant des ventes ne s’est pas présenté à mon domicile dans le Sud-Ouest à Montréal à la date et à l’heure convenue pour une soumission (installation de réservoir et d’unités de chauffage résidentiel). Pas de message d’annulation. Lorsque je le rejoins par téléphone après 90 minutes de retard, il m’annonce qu’ils ont décidé de ne pas soumissionner, car c’est un trop petit projet… Le minimum aurait été de me l’annoncer afin que je ne perde pas pas ma journée au travail.
Their sales representative did not show up at my home in the South West of Montreal on the date and time agreed for a quote (installation of tank and residential heating units). No cancellation message. Ahahah un magasin de propane, qui vends pas de propane la fin de semaine, j'ai acheté mon barbecue chez en passant que j'aurais du bon service! Mais clairement je me suis trompé. Pu jamais je vais vous recommandé. Sa fait dure par moment.

Nous avons acheté un foyer chez Suroit Propane et nous sommes très satisfaits. Le représentant des vente a bien saisi nos besoin et nos attente. Beaucoup de choix , de modèle. Im not sure what happened to this company but the service is terrible. I needed maintenance on my stove and a delivery of propane. Never had problems in the past. Today, I call to book both the above services. Person #1 says he can book the delivery but not maintenance, he has to transfer for that. Ok, fair enough. 5 minutes on hold, a young woman picks up the line, talks to her friend, clears her throat, and then hangs up on my before even saying hello. I call back. On hold 5 more minutes, someone comes on with "please hold" and dissapears for 5 minutes. When she actually bothers to answer the phone, it is to transfer me yet again. Guess what, that person is not there and I just get voicemail. Try calling again, but on hold again for almost 7 minutes. So 20 minutes on the phone, 3 people, everyone passing the buck, no one can schedule a simple appointment, and they don't care at all about loosing customers. UPDATE: I was contacted by the head of customer service with regards to this matter. I am very satisfied with the way in which this complaint has been handled. No excuses made, acknowledging that what occurred was not acceptable. It is clear to me now that this was likely an isolated incident rather than a systemic problem, and the folks at Propane du Suroit have responded professionally and appropriately.
