★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, bought a Husqvarna pro series chainsaw on sept 15th and the dealer sent in the paperwork. Just got a response, Nov 28th that my rebate was declined for not having the model number listed. The model number is 562XP..... it's right on the original sales receipt if you would have bothered looking. This is unbelievably piss poor service and I hope husqvarna cancells their contract with this company. As stated on the other review there is NO contact information listed, hmm wonder why......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promotion Solutions took care of a marketing campaign for Roxul offering for every 5 bags of Roxul purchased you receive a $45.00 mail in rebate. I mailed in my copy of my receipt and took the time to fill out the form and mailed them both in. Promotion Solutions sends me a letter back that my request has been declined.
Great customer service Promotion Solutions, I will look for your company name in the future on mail in rebate forms and I will know your offer is too good to be true. It's also nice that you DIDN'T include any contact information on your letter you sent me or return my receipt for my records.
