★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OTBxAir is my go to for my Real Estate listings. The quality of the photos and video speak for themselves. What really separates this company is the customer service. I recently had an issue with the date that was scheduled for my listing photos and Crystal without even a moment of pointing a finger, as it very well could have been my fault, went into problem solving mode. She got on the phone with the team and had Ryan drop what he was doing and arrived at the property within the hour! Ryan did not rush on his work and did a great job as usual. Amazing quality and even better service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The support team has been amazing! They troubleshoot problems with great willingness and timeliness. Good customer service is not easy to find, and being available anytime to respond to urgent emails has been pivotal for us.
The quality of their photos and videos are superior, with the variety of shots taken, it makes selection for the site much easier. The wide selection of music enables them to capture the mood you describe in your instructions, and if they don't get it right the first time, they are willing to fix it.
I have also utilized their aerial drone photos that are of great quality, and adds to the entire effect of the listing.
