★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a freelance programmer in Toronto. Mr. Anthony Lucic hired me for a small tasks for 6 hours, it was making a change in their existing react website . I completed the task with-in a day and was expecting the payment same day. Its been almost a month now and there is no response from them. The amount is very small so I don't care however it shows you the type of company and people they are. Beware to work with them, ask for advance payment before you do any work otherwise you will be chasing them forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened upon a review by a Mr. Samad concerning a meeting with Mr. Charlton, which in my opinion demonstrated that Mr. Samad was not listening to the conversation, he was focusing on his project. In the past I have engaged Mr. Charlton to work with me on many projects. These projects had many different focus requirements and were complex.
All of these were very successful, however I had learned early on in my career to listen, heed what was said, and if it was confusing, not to draw conclusions but engage in further conversation and seek perfect clarity. This is the key to success.
Winston Churchill once said that "Criticism may not be agreeable, but it is necessary. It fulfills the same function as pain in the human body. It calls attention to an unhealthy state of things."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely condescending. They do not show their value but expect their clients to sell the business model to them. Ted is very limited on selling the value of his business to the clients but more about talking in general terms about what his company has done And what he brings to the table. Keeps talking about deep pockets but doesn’t understand the pulse of the business model a client brings to the table. Very discouraging and I wouldn’t recommend people waste their time. Try BTI Brand innovations. Much better guys there and they are extremely intelligent as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely discouraging attitude, Ted was more focused on how much money we were going to spend rather than coming up with a plan which would help fulfill our needs. Constantly using phrases like "there are hundreds of people out there doing the same thing" however was unable to back that statement up with an example. I would never recommend Mindshape to anyone because of this horrible experience.
