Not only did he have the best prices around, the equipment was installed quickly and tidy. He raised our well head above ground, and added a submersible pump.
Then he added a softener, pre-filter, UV, and reverse osmosis; all our well problems fixed in one day.

John and the crew were fantastic, professional, friendly, on time and budget. They took the time to explain how the new system will work and made a follow up call to see if we had any other questions and to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

Had a new pump seal and pressure tank installed by Professional Pump Service last year under advice of Realtor
Its been a year and suddenly lost water pressure twice over the last 3 weeks
John offered to come out on same day when I called at 1 PM But I felt it was unnecessary So he made me the first on his next day service call
Came on time; trouble shoot and we found it was not the pump...yap
Nothing what-so-ever with the work he had done prior
Its refreshing to see that kind of customer service

John and his team never gave up, they tweaked the system for a year trying to solve my issues. Finally they discovered the problem Tannins in my well. John and his team are dedicated and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. Thankyou for your commitment to my issues. I highly recommend them for your water needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG! We are are so very happy with the team at Professional Pumps & Water Treatment!!!! John and his team are nothing but knowledgeable and are a true character of how business & workmanship is carried out. We had issues with our Well jet pump and they recommended going with a submersible well pump. The job took about 4 hours and we have a working pump (not noisy like the other one) and all kinds of water pressure. Fast, efficient, polite, hard working and good sense of humor. I totally recommend these guys. Thanks John for all your help!!!!!!!
