★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe some people are meant to cross our path in life, and Danijela was one of those people. I’m sure I would not be able to achieve all my goals without her support.
In February of 2015, when I arrived in Vancouver, my plan was to take the TOEFL test and apply for a college in British Columbia within six months. It was a very challenging goal, considering that my English was very basic at that time. Danijela accepted the challenge and helped me prepare to the TOEFL and in four months we felt that I was ready.
She helped not only with the TOEFL, but also gave me advice related to colleges in Vancouver. I followed her advice, guidance and passed the test on the first try in August 2015. I applied to BCIT and was accepted to start my Business Operations Management program in September 2015.
Now, three and a half years later, I am a BCIT ALUMNI, working for one of the top Canadian consulting companies, and I also received my Permanent Residency. All my goals have been achieved!
