★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute best customer service experience i have ever had in any capacity or industry hands down. Product was shipped in time, customer service provided updates the entire time at every junction, and when FexEx was missing a piece of information for delivery, customer service immediately facilitated a solution and delivery was bang on. As for the product... OMG i was going to spend $7,000+ on the "leading brand" of a particular piece of equipment and i've used it before... Proaim's version was not only equal in quality of build, performing exactly as expected but for 1/7th the price. Proaim is a serious player in my books and i shoot professional high end content including features.

I needed a high quality, professional teleprompter not a consumer grade, flimsy unit meant for You Tubers with cell phones. I finally found Proaim and even called them to ask questions. They were very helpful and professional to talk to, then got the unit to me (free shipping even!) in 2 days! It is good, sturdy metal, excellent glass and a robust hard case to transport. I couldn't be happier!

Their products are fairly descent, the cheaper stuff doesn't really last, but the more expensive stuff does really well. Also think their website needs a bit more check ins for information on the site for giving better recommendations on gear. I had bought some dolly gear that had a recommended railing system, that come to find out, wasn't compatible. I created a custom bracket to make it work, but would be nice if that was noted on the site. Overall. I like the ProAim stuff for budget conscious film makers.
