★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the service that the delivery team rendered to us today. Sadar and his partner were awesome. They made sure that our walls will not get damaged. They were very cautious and made sure that we are happy where the furnitures will be placed. They did a very good job. Few days ago I and my husband were very scared because I have read a lot of bad reviews about the delivery service damaging people's houses. I am glad it turned out positive for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING AN AWESOME JOB!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The movers were excellent. Very efficient, great attitude and kind enough to help me move other furniture around in the office. Assembled my desk in just a few minutes. Did not want to accept a tip. Cannot comment enough about how professional and helpful they were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! Very educated Staff. Shar was amazing at selling us our couch and didn’t make us feel pressured to buy. She was very educated about the product. James and Brandon (I think that was their names) delivered the couch and did an outstanding job! We were unsure if we would be able to get it into the house as the couch was bigger than the doors, but they went above and beyond to get it into our living room and made sure none of our walls were scratched or damaged in the process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jared gave us excellent customer service at the warehouse. He was helpful and more courteous than the sales rep who sold us the sofa. Going above and beyond, doing everything he could to make sure we could pick up our new sofa, at a time that didn't conflict with our work schedules.
To say the least this man deserves a raise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with Ashley Furniture. We had amazing salesperson Alena and she was very helpful and explained everything. We had our sectional delivered and they were awesome. They brought everything upstairs and set everything up it was wonderful. There was no stress trying to find friends or family to carry it upstairs. We had a great experience and would recommend Ashley Furniture to everyone. If we need anything else for our home they will be the first place we check out. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We experienced the most heart warming customer service from the Ashley Furniture Warehouse staff. The delivery of our sofa fell on a “snow day” last week (Feb 6, 2021) and my 50th birthday. When I called into the Warehouse to advise that the delivery truck was likely not to make it down the hill, the staff thanked me for calling this in. When they found out this was a special day for me, The staff sent me a gift certificate. I was so touched by this. Thank u to Jeanne and the other sweet staff who I talked to. You made my day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our bedroom set delivery on 21st July. Jacob and Peter came. They were amazing and very helpful. Our headboard didn't fit in the elevator they carried them without any complaints. Helped us to arrange the bed properly. Highly recommended Ashley and it's services.
