This will be the only place I take my vehicles for detailing. Customer service is also amazing very accommodating!
F	Fiorella Kuczma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our new AudiQ7 here for ceramic coating! It spent the weekend at the shop and looked amazing. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks I noticed that the back of the car wasnt doing as well in terms of upkeeping its shine and luster unlike the rest of the vehicle which looked fabulous. I took it back for the owner to take a look, he inspected and kept the car to reapply another coat to the back. I appreciate how he handled the situation and fixed it, the back is way better now! We recently had a scratch as well and had to take it back to get looked at and he was able to take a look and will see what can be done to fix it after the holidays. I appreciate that level of customer service and promptness especially when you spend so much to get the car protected. The coating isnt cheap but it is worth and they definately look after their customers!! UPDATE: I took my Q7 to Emad because of a pretty horrendous scratch on the entire left side of the vehicle... with the ceramic coating I was worried about taking it elsewhere and wanted to see what options I had first and if it could be repaired. Emad got in touch with the ceramic coating company and was able to get them to cover the repair with their warranty. He took perfect car of my car, fixed it right up (its like it never even happened) and even gave it back freshly washed and cleaned (inside and out!) He went above and beyond, saved me a huge headache and also expenses I was really concerned about incurring. I am so thankful and will happily refer friends here forever!

I started to use different grades of rubbing compound to remove the oxidization from this used car I bought, all to no avail. The oxidization was in the clear coat rather than the paint. Emad said they could restore it and they did. The car's paint looks like it came new from the factory. I am very impressed and highly recommend this shop. Keep up the great work!

Washed it for the first time and as promised no water marks at all. Everything they promised when I arranged the appointment has happened. They were very professional in all aspects. Joe did the coating and explained everything that he did step by step. I would definitely recommend anyone to look into their service. I will be back for any future detailing issues. Thanks Mike
