They kept my 2500 dollar hold back so I took them to court. They played court games for months but I didn't give up and then they settled 2 weeks before the trial.THIS IS THE GAME THEY WANT TO PLAY! everything about balanced seems to be a lie. Every image on their website is fake. They are CTPAT but their yard is ungated and no cameras. The equipment is always in need or repair.save your time ,money and stress and YOU WILL ENJOY "THE BALANCED LIFSTYLE"
