After I got scammed by another painter, PPP fixed the botched job and repaired wood work I was worried about having to replace. Loose woodwork was nailed back into place, caulked, sanded, and painted. They also replaced rotten facias that clearly needed it.

James went beyond what he promised on his invoice, not only did he repair all holes in the walls and painted them, he replaced hardware on all the closets and door stoppers that were missing behind the doors. After seeing the damage caused by the tenants, he actually took the job like it was his house. He fixed broken trims on the exterior and even power-washed the roof gutters and driveway for free. I can't thank James enough for his dedication and professionalism. Despite a well -deserved vacation he had planned with his family, he took the job the week before and was still available by phone while away and; ensured one of his painters finished up. As soon as he got back, he came to double check that we liked the work done, this was the very first time we were meeting him, we had contracted him over the phone and e-transferred his deposit and paid the balance after completion of the job. I don't have enough words to express our appreciation to James and his crew! I highly recommend James without any hesitation, if you want a job done precisely, on budget and on time, Pro Pacific Painting James is your best bet!

James was flexible as I added more and more rooms to the initial project, and he even painted my ceramic backsplash tiles in the kitchen. It looks fabulous! The team was respectful, punctual, amicable, and courteous. They completed the job on time with little disruption to our home. I was particularly grateful that James stayed in touch with updates. Most importantly, he was reliable, patient and kind throughout the project, and even the smallest details were completed to my satisfaction.
