The professionalism displayed was very much appreciated. More than half way through the project my wife and I decided we wanted to change the colors, not only did they accommodate our request but they also did not charge us any additional money despite being several days into the project. They ended up going over our walls and trims with 3 total coats, the end result was a very high end beautiful finish, the workmanship was top notch. We can’t say enough great things, they exceeded our expectations. I personally work in customer service and I can say the level of service we received was beyond anything the both of us have ever experienced.

Despite not being the lowest price, we went with this company because the estimate was just head and shoulders above the others. One of my biggest concerns was I didn't want students painting my home as I've had several bad experiences (like many others) in the past. I asked if they hire students like the majority of the other companies out there and I was relieved when they said they only have experienced painters working for them as they are more concerned with quality control then just doing as many jobs as they can. The painters I received both had over 10 years experience. I had the interior of my home painted top to bottom. The attention to detail was exceptional and I could tell they genuinely cared. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, they even pointed out areas which they recommended didn't need painting.

As promised the painting was very professional, completed in good time, as per crazy April weather, by Laz who has 18 years experience which shows in his flawless work.

We wanted to wait a year before writing a review to see how the paint would hold up. The reason for this delay is because we had heard from a few friends who had their homes painted by other companies (dont want to name them) notice peeling paint and noticeable fading after just 1 year. When we were getting estimates through various companies we asked what type of paint they would be using and they had all (except Professional Finish Painters) given us brands that had a reputation for being cheaper and hence a warranty that was not as good. Also I would like to mention we had contacted seven different companies in order to get some wood working done with our paint job as our trim was rotting. Unfortunately nobody was willing to do the work and said it was not a service they provide so I would need to find a carpenter. The work done was very good quality and the price was fair. The crew was extremely hard working and worked particulary hard during the prep work phase of the job. Recommend to anyone looking for a premium paint job.

The process was very smooth, the painters were all very neat and tidy, our belongings were covered carefully in poly, and they had done everything they said they would. We had been a bit reluctant proceeding with interior work due to Covid. Mun had assured us they would be taking every precaution necessary to ensure our safety including daily temperature checks. They not only wore masks and sanitized their hands before entering the home but they also showed me their vaccine passports about three weeks prior to commencing work which helped alleviate our concerns. In terms of the actual work, the quality was first-rate. We were perhaps happiest with the timeline, they had given us a timeline of 7 days to complete the job, they ended up finishing in 5 days. They transitioned from one room to another with very minimal disruption. We had both floors of our home painted including a lot of detailed trim work on our crown molding. All in all, a most positive experience and will be rehiring them to do our deck in the spring.
