Pristine Roofing & Siding - Winnipeg

We had Pristine replace our shingles. They were the first roofing company to respond to our quote request. The estimator Andrew was excellent to work with. They came on time, the crew was courteous and polite and worked tirelessly in blistering heat. Cleanup was well done and their follow up with inspection was excellent. From start to finish, it was nothing but a positive experience. Based on our experience we would highly recommend this company.

After consulting with five different roofing & siding companies and meeting with their respective reps to discuss material choices & estimates, we eventually determined that Pristine was the best fit for us. Having reached that decision, we hired them to do a fairly large project for us involving the installation of new shingles, soffit, fascia, eaves, removal of stucco all-round, removal of back steps, re-sheeting & insulating all-round, installation of PVC siding (Royal Celect), and contracting the masonry (to compliment the siding) as well as some electrical wiring for a new deck we were having built. It’s now been a year since we first met with Don, six months since the work began, and four months since it was completed. We are truly very happy with the outcome. Don was great to work with from the beginning, Rod & the roofing crew gave us a great new roof, Chris & Danielle did awesome work on the house from the first day to the last (they did everything mentioned above apart from the roof, masonry, & electrical), and the mason Don hired did a great job of the stonework (it looks amazing along with the siding). Prices were all reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. We have since hired Pristine to do my mom’s roof and it turned out great as well. We have referred a few others as well as we highly recommend their services. They get very busy in high season, though, so be sure to book them in the fall/winter if you can in order to have your work done in the spring/summer. All in all, we’re very happy with our decision to go with Pristine Roofing & Siding and recommend that you give them an opportunity to do for you what they did for us if you’ve got work needing to be done on your house. You won’t regret your choice and will no doubt be very pleased with the outcome, just as we are.

Not roofing related, however I was in a small car accident yesterday and wound up stuck in a snowbank. One of your employees pulled over in his work van and very kindly looked my car over and pulled it out of the snowbank for me. No one else stopped to help and I was very appreciative! I will definitely be keeping your business in mind should I have home exterior needs in the future!

Overall, the roof replacement and gutter replacement was well done. But they seemed to be unorganized. When the workers came to replace the roof they did not have all the tasks needed to be done on their work order and if I did not follow up with them when they came on site things would have been missed and redone. I also had to follow up on the gutter replacements as that work order was also not put in. Though this was unorganized the company was very quick to answer my emails and rectify the problems.

Pristine Roofing & Siding is a professional company. We did business with them twice and haven't been disappointed 1 second. This time, we had major exterior renovation done, replacement of rotten wood siding, installation of vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, window trim, eavestroughs, etc. The work was done when promised, and it was done very well and fast (all done in a week). They’ve used top quality materials, the finishing is perfect, and they did a good cleaning at the end. An inspector came to evaluate the work and see if there was anything we had to complain about. Every time we contacted the company, they returned our phone calls the same day, even though they are super busy. We would recommend Pristine anytime. They are the best.

Working with Pristine Roofing has been exactly that, Pristine. Ash and his team have been nothing but absolutely wonderful to deal with. We had a few concerns and they were addressed immediately without hesitation. I will be referring Ash and his team to anyone needing roofing work done on their home. A++++++

Jeff and his crew were fantastic. They were courteous; friendly and kept everything clean and organized. They monitored the weather and made sure everything was sealed up before the rain came. They returned in cold, undesirable weather to finish the main roof before the long-weekend even though it probably could have waited until Tuesday. They even put a couple screws in my fence as a favour where it was coming apart. My new roof looks so good and my neighbours are complimenting it. A special shoutout to Ash for our meeting in the fall. Ash provided a quick but thorough explanation of what I can expect should I use Pristine. I felt confident in putting my trust in them and am not disappointed. I even had them clad three large windows and they did a great job. Again, that crew was very professional and worked in a tidy manner.
