I asked for a perm and because I just had my hair died before she sat and really talked with me about all the possible outcomes to make sure I was fully informed. I will definetly be going again in future.

v	vynliean l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two problems. 1. Price: 22 dollars for man's hair cut. 2. They don't give a hair wash after cut. If you go to Fancy Cut right next to them, its only 14 dollars for cut and they give hair wash after cut. The reason why I came here is because Fancy Cut does not open on wends day. I was shocked with the price.
B	Beeker TheBeeKeeper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in as a walk-in wanting to update my old colour to a more fun colour that suited my personality. The ladies/staff Ashley, Kaelyn & Sherise collaborated and I left feeling like an inner rockstar with my new colour. Thank you ladies!
K	Kerri Darby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter here for her first real stylist hair cut today. I had a picture of what I wanted done, & the stylist said "sure, no problem." I wish I could attach pictures of what I wanted, vs what we got. My daughters lovely long hair (for a preschooler,) is gone, & it is shorter than the back of her neck. The stylist defended herself saying she couldn't do the style I asked for due to the front/side of the hair being wispy. Then maybe tell me that before chopping all my kids hair off! The manager gave us the "coupon" rate, & a coupon for $10 off our next visit, & her name so we could have her cut my daughters hair next time. Not exactly eager to return. The manager did not even bother to speak to us directly even though she was very close with a customer, & finished before we left. I was told "well, we have to charge you bc a service was provided." It will likely take close to 2 years to grow my daughters hair back to where it was before they chopped it all off, & considering she's only 3 yrs old that is huge. So disappointed. All I wanted was a assurance that there would be a discussion with all employees to tell them to check with the client, before chopping off someone's hair without their permission.
J	Jennifer Berry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go if you have curly hair, they will actually dry comb your hair to death. For a quick trim, maybe? If you have no where else to go. I think the stylist said about 4 words to me total, not the friendliest. The one at Clayton Heights is the best, should have gone there but was in the area for Walnut Grove one and thought they were interchangeable. Was sadly disappointed and out $40 for a mediocre trim.

I have never had a bad cut there and have had several stylists over the years although I know I am in good hands with all the ladies my current stylist Ashley B is amazing. Fun, friendly and always does a great job.

I asked for a balayage and it was so uneven and I wanted a light brown colour but it turned out orange. All the 5 star reviews are either family members or fake and you can tell because it says “all the stylists are great” rather than specifying. The price is insane for what should be a 2 star MAX hair salon. I ended up making an appointment at the salon Chez Pierre across the street and had to pay $190 to fix this places disaster. I do recommend salon chez though :) If you come here though, only get a cut!!
