★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to enjoy this boutique spa for the quality of their service. Unfortunately this recent experience has turned me right off. I purchased an online gift certificate for my daughter. She did not get it at all in her email. When I called the spa they told me it was my responsibility to follow up with their third party service provider to get it. They simply passed the buck. My daughter made her spa appointment and showed up. The staff member assigned to do her spa service didn’t come to work. The spa said they tried to contact my daughter but had written down the wrong phone number. So, very disappointed with the poor customer service. Not taking responsibility or aiming for quality. Will not be returning to this spa or recommending it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here a handful of times for massages and everytime has been very pleasant. The staff are attentive and professional, they do any amazing job, and are very friendly. The facility is clean and relaxing and the prices are very fair! Definetly recommend checking them out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the second time my bf and I booked here for a couples massage for my bday, the first time (pre-covid) was great, but this past time we both felt that the experience was very sub par. Massage was just a very very light rubbing for most of it, the music was turned down and pretty cold so the atmosphere was not the most relaxing. Everyone was very nice and hospital overall but the massage was a little disappointing! Wasn't asked about preferences beforehand or checked on throughout so it all felt a little rushed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Lotus for years and I always love the experience here. I have brought my friends and family as well and they all love it. Most of the staff knows me by name now. I've had pedicures, waxes, massages done here and they are all excellent and I have always left happy. Prices are very reasonable and staff is always very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was fast and affordable. I think the worker could have clarified what I wanted done better as I was not 100% satisfied with the result. But I am still so grateful for the services here because I cannot do these things myself. The building was clean and the room sanitized upon arrival. Very kind staff and lots of products to look at to keep me busy while waiting.
