They provided me with the Make Me Flawless service for the bride, 2 Mother HMU, and 4 Bridesmaid HMU. All of us had significantly different choices in hairstyles and makeup looks (which was probably very stressful on their part!) but our hair and makeup artists pulled it off! Everyone was delighted with their looks and it lasted until the night, and it was on a hot day when the weather was ~35 degrees! I would recommend Be Flawless for their wedding day.

She texted you and called your after hours emergency line..because she felt it was an emergency as she didn’t know what to do. It was around 2 AM, and the artist was expected at 8 AM, so she wanted to inform you, in good faith, before the artist was sent out. You got angry at her for calling and you made a bad situation worse by making her feel more stressed. Also …when she asked for a refund, you said she signed a contract. Is a COVID policy with a 30 day time frame even reasonable? Who would know 30 days out if they were going to get COVID. Current guidelines say wait 5 days from exposure. Based on my daughter’s interaction with your company I would never recommend you to anyone.

The wedding day started off stressful as a stylist expressed that they had been double booked which is something a bride doesn't want to hear on the day of her wedding! Not only that, I felt like that my hair and make-up was rushed - mainly my hair, it was a complete disaster. I trusted the stylist to style my hair the way it was done during the trial and it was nothing like it. It was a completely different look. The stylist had cut my extensions (as per my request) but it was uneven to say the least. Looking back, I wish I had a mirror to watch her style my hair because I never ended up looking at the back of my hair as I didn't think there would be any issues. My hair was flat, barely curled and cut unevenly. I ended up having to ask my bridesmaids to curl my hair as it looked awful. To be fair, my make-up ended up looking nice and my bridesmaids hair and make-up looked great! I was hesitant to make a review as it's been a few months already but this was something that really affected me that day and I want to be open and honest about my experience. The girls on the team are lovely and Ashley is a pleasure to work with. The trial was a great experience and I had them do my hair and make-up for my engagement photoshoot which also went well. I just hope that other brides will not have to go through what I went through on their wedding day.

Ashley worked so well with me, I felt so bad for having to reschedule. She managed to make sure I was taken care of the new day of my photos. Her customer service and the care for her clients is noticed and appreciated in stressful times. Can’t wait to work with the beflawless team on my wedding day.
E	Estelle McLellan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vendor seemed great until we had to cancel our Wedding due to continuing Covid issues and also because of a very serious, devastating personal health issue and diagnosis. I reached out to Ashley with a very heart felt email expressing our situation, and asking if she could find it in her heart to return even part of the $533 we had previously sent her. She responded very coldly, didn't express any empathy for our situation, or sadness at the cancellation of our special day. She simply said that all deposits are non refundable or transferable and she won't make any exceptions. As a business owner myself, I respect and understand the value of contracts, and also know it's been a very difficult few years for everyone, particularly in the Wedding and Events Industry. But I have refunded deposits to clients on a compassionate basis before because I feel It's just the good human thing to do. I hoped she may refund us, but expected that she may not. That is not the main issue. What I found most upsetting was how dismissive she was, and how she's willing to treat clients once she knows she's not getting any more money. She never even responded to my email saying that I would have appreciated some compassion. I ended my email by saying "I'm sure your talent will continue to touch hearts and bring beauty and confidence to others." I'm not so sure now. Think carefully before giving her your hard earned $ because you won't get it back, even in the case of serious illness. Sadly wouldn't recommend.

I had booked Be Flawless Beauty Bar back in 2020 for a 2021 wedding, due to covid we had to postpone and Ashley was so understanding and accommodating to my requests and explained the contract and any questions I did have! Her artist Meena- Highly recommend!! She did my bridal trial a few weeks back and totally executed the look I was envisioning how I would look on my wedding day and made me feel so beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend Be Flawless Beauty Bar. I can’t wait for Meena and the team to be apart of our big day in July this summer!

Ashley and Shannon were an amazing duo. Despite starting the service a tad late due to the tricky parking situation where our getting ready place was (which is not their fault, in fact they arrived in the area early but parking truly was insane that day) they finished all of their services within schedule without feeling rushed at all. All of our finished looks were gorgeous. Truly “flawless” experience with them ;)
