The team at Physiofocus has always done a great job of working on my injuries and educating me on exercises to do on my own to speed up my healing process. I've always found the staff nice and personable as well.

β β β β β Great place to go for physio! Rosanne is amazing. Very personable and helpful. Samantha is great - most helpful when making appointments and great and dealing with forms. Everyone here is so friendly, they start to feel like family.

β β β β β I have been seeing Jacquie for months. She is very kind, compassionate, and professional in finding the cause of pain and providing proper treatment and exercise. Her IMS helps to relieve pains as well. The front desk lady Sam is amazing and super helpful. Strongly recommended!

β β β β β Jaqueline was excellent! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had nagging knee pain when i exercised and i was feeling better within about 4 visits (over 6 weeks). She knew the problem, gave me the exercises that i needed to do, and I was able strengthen all the supporting muscles. Problem fixed. Go see her!

β β β β β I highly recommend this team! Joel is amazing. He actually cares about his clients, and your recovery process. Canβt thank him enough! Had 1 appointment with Jackie, and she is also amazing at what she does.
When I got the go ahead to go back to work. I sadly couldnβt make the trip out there to see him and I will say my brief week without him. Has been a nightmare haha.
Will also say Sam at the front desk goes above and beyond aswell.

He has helped me in countless ways over the years and has allowed me to continue to perform at my best. If you have any injury he should be the first person you see without a doubt! I highly recommend Joel and the rest of the team.

β β β β β I have been dealing with chronic back pain for about 6 years and I have tried everything possible and nothing has helped. It got to a point that I would get really bad shocks through my lower back and would just paralyzed me for minutes and I would be in terrible pain. A friend of mine recommended me to see Joel at Motivated Health & Performance Physiotherapy and to try the IMs treatment.Β I'm so happy I did. It has been a game changer since I have been getting treatment from Joel, my pain level has gone from a 10 to a 2 which is outstanding for me. I highly recommend anyone to go see Joel and his amazing staff at the physio clinic for all your needs.
