On Tuesday I had placed an order to be printed and cut by Print One, Mount Forest. I had made some art cards for an art auction that I’m doing. I made my instructions clear and concise and they agreed to do it and did, however, the final product was far less than satisfactory, or any sort of professional quality you’d expect from a print shop. First of all, right away I was met with nothing but a rude tone and attitude from the sales woman, who just clearly did NOT care or want to do this job. However, she agreed to do it. After some back and forth, and being told I could pick up the cards same day, we continued forward with the project. Unfortunately, I did not receive my product the same day. And when I had called the next day I was once again met with rudeness over the phone before being told they were still waiting to be cut, and that the owner would cut them once back from lunch. I got the email that they were ready for pickup shortly before they closed, and when I went to get them I realized that they did not adhere to any of my instructions and that all the cards were deemed unusable. I spoke to the owner right away, who also treated me with absolute rudeness and an unprofessional nature. He said he “didn’t have time for small projects like this” and that “most customers give 100’s or 1,000’s of copy’s to print, not just a few” making it all to clear that unless you are a BIG spender, paying BIG bucks….Print One does NOT care about your service, projects or quality that they put out. He continued to belittle and insult me, and even blame me for their mess up. All while having an incredibly rude and smug attitude about it. After some rebuttal, I was able to receive a partial refund for the cutting fee, as they didn’t cut them AT ALL how I had instructed. But still had to pay for the prints, despite them being useless. Now, I’ve never once in my life left a negative review for anywhere or anyone. But after yesterday’s experience I can’t help but try to WARN fellow locals to GO ANYWHERE ELSE if you care at all about quality and FRIENDLY customer service. This company clearly does not care about its customers, nor the quality of product it puts out. I’m ashamed to say this is the print company in my home town.
