★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grew up frequenting the area, and found this butcher shop probably in the late '90's...Their bacon sausage and potato sausage was my FAVORITE...Even when I moved to Kingston for 4 yrs, I would place an order atleast twice a year and make the trip for that sausage....Everything I have ever had from this butcher shop has been beyond expectation and it EARNED for 4 stars I have given it....I will be back up in that neck of the woods next weekend, and with a wider variety, I expect it to reach the 5 star mark!!! Keep up the good work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been to the grocery store for meat since we moved to Mount Forest three years ago. This is my go-to. Staff is always friendly, and Ernie has gone out of his way to prepare bulk packages for me to take to the cottage, last minute. Best ribeyes in the land!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting the store was April 12, 2022 and it was a very positive experience! The selection was diverse and high quality. The gentleman attending to me was fun, informative and proud of their offer. I cooked the home made sausage on the BBQ - awesome. Just the right level of mincing and spice. The homemade pasta with tomato sauce was awesome. The tomato sauce is deep with flavor and thick.
Well done and we will absolutely be back!
