★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon produits mais très mauvais service, des commentaires du genre "On ferme bientôt " c'est assez ordinaire surtout que ça prends deux minutes faire le tour de la boucherie.
 Very good products but very poor service, comments like "We'll close soon" is quite ordinary especially since it takes two minutes to go around the butcher's shop.

I loved this place, lots of choice, very good and the staff are very welcoming. I loved it and I recommend it to everyone. It was my first time there and officially I'm going to go back. The butcher's shop is perfect. Bravo bravo long life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle grande boucherie située au côté de l'autoroute en direction nord vers le Saguenay, titulaire d'un permis d'agence de la SAQ pour les vins, bières, spiritueux, etc. On y trouve quelques bières québécoise de la Brasserie La Souche et autres, mini épicerie pour préparer divers mets pour le BBQ ou la cuisinière, épices et sauces à profusion! Produit du restaurant La bête.
J'ai eu un très bon service, un jeune boucher m'a très bien conseillé et à su répondre à toutes mes questions! La qualité des viandes était exceptionnelle!
Je recommande vivement à tout amateur et amatrice de viande et de gastronomie fine!
Beautiful butcher's shop located on the north side of the highway towards the Saguenay, holder of a SAQ agency license for wines, beers, spirits, etc. There are some Quebec beers from Brasserie La Souche and others, mini grocery store to prepare various dishes for the BBQ or the cook, spices and sauces galore! I had a very good service, a young butcher very well advised me and knew how to answer all my questions! The quality of the meat was outstanding!
I highly recommend to any amateur and amateur of meat and fine gastronomy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service, personnel Excellent. Viandes traité avec respect et soucieux de la qualité. Jusqu'à présent je me suis toujours régalé ! Ma dernière dégustation étant le tartare de boeuf épicé, très bon. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Very good service, Excellent staff. Meats treated with respect and concern for quality. So far I have always enjoyed myself! My last tasting being the spicy beef tartare, very good. I recommend without hesitation.
