La qualité des pièces de viande est exceptionnelle, autant dans le prêt-à-cuire que dans les pièces crues. Nous n'achèterons plus jamais de viande en épicerie, ça c'est sûr!
 The best butcher in town. The team is so friendly and offers a highly personalized and warm service. The quality of the pieces of meat is exceptional, both in ready-to-cook and in raw pieces. We will never buy meat in grocery stores again, that's for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far my favourite butcher in all of Québec! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel quite welcome when visiting the shop. The quality of the meats are top notch and the selection is grand. They normally have exactly what I am looking for. Delicious sausages made in house too. Don’t miss out on their homemade BBQ sauce; it’s great. I highly recommend this butcher for anyone
