★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produits de qualité mais j'ai été plus d'une fois répondu de manière assez bête quand j'avais besoin de me faire conseiller.
Finalement j'ai eu la pièce que je voulais, mais on m'avait dit que prendre 2-3 petites pièces d'épaule Picnic aurait fait la même chose... et que la coupe que je souhaitais avoir est une coupe américaine et qu'ils ne font pas ce type de coupe.
J'ai souvent acheté la bas dans le passé mais je vais aller ailleurs et j'aurais pas besoin de me sentir comme un novice de la viande par mon boucher, même si c'est ce que je suis ;)
 Quality products but I was more than once answered in a rather stupid way when I needed advice.
Eventually I got the piece I wanted, but was told that taking 2-3 small Picnic shoulder pieces would have done the same thing...and the cut I wanted to have is a American cut and that they don't do that type of cut.
I have often bought there in the past but I will go elsewhere and I would not need to feel like a meat novice by my butcher, even if that is what I am ;)
