★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh, clean condos with 6 stories and 12 condominiums on each floor.
There are minor scratches on walls of the building, but most are unnoticeable. Sometimes in the middle of the night kids are running and screaming around the halls. Which can effect you're sleep. There are no robberies or serious crimes in this building, but if you have a child and you want them to not get their feelings hurt, then I would not let them play in the building. I'm not saying that "if you have a child then don't live here"
No. This building is a family building and you and your child will be safe.
