After clicking the supplied text link on arrival and a 15 minute wait I called the store to see if there was a problem. I was told the link doesn't work. My goods came out soon after and the guy was friendly and helpful with loading.

Overall positive experience Would give five stars for how friendly other staff was but lady at customer was EXTREMELY rude on my way out, which was completely unwarranted. Made my initial positive experience very uncomfortable and very unwelcoming
T	Tom Bombadil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very general auto store with minimal variety of tools. Don't expect to find anything you need if you have a specialized job. If however you need a flat head screwdriver then this place is for you. Multiple times I went there for something but of course they don't have it. For example: low profile speed ratchets, or 16" circlip snap ring pliers. Each time I asked for these the staff go "huh?" I have since stopped going there as it is a waste of time.
B	Bob LeBlah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have wanted to write this review for a while now as my treatment as a customer visiting this business has been awful. A couple of months back, my girlfriend and I were shopping for about an hour at the southside location of Princess Auto when a female employee approached us and told us that we had to leave. I asked why and was told that this was what the manager had told her. Shocked and surprised I asked to speak to the manager . The smug employee went to the back and returned shortly after with a young fellow that looked about 18 years old who told us that the manager was not in and that he was the assistant manager. I asked what the problem was and all he said was that we had to leave or he was going to call the police! I should point out that neither my girlfriend or myself were doing or acting suspicious in any way, or any bother whatsoever to the staff or other patrons of the store . I was talking to a friend the other night and he told me that the same thing happened to him recently and I was compelled to write this review about a business that profiles customers based on their appearance and discriminates against them for absolutely no reason other than the fact that they don't like how they are dressed . I haven't returned to this store and I won't as I see no reason to waste my hard earned money at a place that treats their customers as poorly as they do at this store .

Another employee in that aisle mumbled something and walked away when I asked a question. Lots of selection of tools and everything is way cheaper than Canadian tire. Thought the employees weren't gonna give me the time of day until... a lady asked what I was looking for. I explained to her what I wanted and she walked me over to the correct aisle. Wouldn't have come back if she wasn't so helpful.
B	Brogan Goertz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable staff member tried to help me with a custom length of chain only to discover the chain cutter in the store has been broken for weeks. Please give your employees something to work with so they don't have to experience disgruntled customers.
C	Craig Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to return some hardware that was the wrong size. They returned the wrong price to me and refused to correct it to the correct price. Asked the manager about it. He said the math was correct and when proven wrong he just kept repeating his original statement. I was going to buy the correct size hardware in store and a lot more of it but the attitude of the manager has turned me off this store. I was able to find the correct size hardware on Amazon with prime shipping for half the price Princess auto wanted.
