But when I talked to you about being upset about not knowing where your business was after making an appointment you were rude and very unfriendly almost blaming me for not knowing where to go after you were the one who didnt update your address. It was very unprofessional and in bad taste to treat a customer like that. Obviously I ripped up my gift certificate and refuse to be massaged by someone who speaks to paying customers in such a way. Awful
