As a trans woman it can be very daunting to do something that exposes that side of you for fear of peoples reaction; however, after the first visit I was elated to learn that everyone there is very inclusive and respectful of who I was and my journey (including names and pronouns, regardless of if they’ve been legally changed yet). Never, have I ever felt uncomfortable receiving treatment from Iga or her staff. I’ve always been welcomed with open arms, and I will continue to receive treatment from Iga’s. The results I’ve recieved from my treatments go beyond what I could have imagined possible. Although, you’re results may vary based on numerous factors, which the staff kept me well informed on what to expect, and the limitations of certain procedures. So to all the trans gals, guys, and all others. I know the journey you’re on is daunting, but Iga’s Laser & Electrolysis is a business that I can’t recommend enough.

The staff wear face shields, plus face masks underneath, and new gloves with each client, and take all the step to disinfect surfaces, which makes me feel comfortable. I have had several laser treatments, and I am very satisfied with the results...hair free skin and no more ingrown hairs. Makes me feel confident. The staff are friendly and professional. Thank you!!
