Dr. Jason Gray

I received otoplasty a few years back. I was reluctant to leave this review as I am not a very passive aggressive person, but if it means having someone in the same position give more thought before pursing cosmetic surgery with Dr. Gray, I believe the act is valid. Dr.Gray was professional in my consultation and during surgery; however the final otoplasty results do not match up to what was originally promised during our consultation. After the healing, I discussed this with Dr. Gray, explaining that my ear is not pulled back in the way he showed me it would be during our original consultation. I also explained that in the way he pulled it back, and in the way it healed, has caused some of my cartilage at the rim of my ear to jut out. Although I would not prefer to have a second surgery to correct this, I did offer two solutions: 1. a follow-up post-op surgery to correct it. 2. a partial refund of the surgery 3. a referral to another surgeon, with split cost. Instead of taking me up on any of these options, i was told that it was not possible to correct the mistake and that I must have been misremembering the original consolation. As many of you know, when a cosmetic feature really bothers you on a day to day basis, you take it more seriously than most, and because of that seriousness, I was sure to record the solution that was originally offered. I have also been told my another surgeon that the cartilage that is now jutting out can be resolved with a minor surgery (of course still an expensive endeavor). Please take your time considering other options before pulling the trigger. Dr. Gray, if you do read this, feel free to reach out to remedy what has transpired.

Dr. Gray's surgery left me with a large raised protrusion at the end of my lengthy scar that was rather ugly to say the least . When ask when he would correct the problem? he suggested that it was a cosmetic matter and i would be responsible for cost associated with correcting it. .Before i met Dr. Gray about this matter I wasn't even upset with his work, as long as he corrected his mistake. Dr. Gray was indignant when I conferred with him regarding the very issue he created. The MOA in this office is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered, clearly a culture at this office. It was suggested that it would be a least a year to have another consult on the very same matter for consideration, this time as a matter of cosmetic surgery, which is not covered my MSP. Dr. Gray wanted me to pay him to clean up his mess, now that's a super ego if ever there was one..WOW!!! A week after meeting with DR. Gray I met with my GP. who fixed DR. Gray's mess in his office in 15 min, he did a great job cleaning up some shottie work .. Beware the egomaniacal surgeon....

Just this morning I went for a consult with Dr. Gray to have two lumps removed from my chest/neck area. I have been dealing with these ugly lumps (lympho cytoma cutis) for over a year. I’ve had injections, biopsy, blood tests, urine tests, bone marrow biopsy, CT scans....I’ve been to my own family doctor, a dermatologist, and a hematologist and finally, Dr Gray. I fully expected to have a quick consult and then have to wait several months for the actual surgery. I was so lucky that there were several cancellations due to a snowstorm this morning, that he offered to do the surgery right then and there. I was so relieved to get these lumps removed that I became quite emotional. Dr Gray was so kind throughout the procedure. We chatted about our travels and other things and before I knew it, he was done. He is so understanding of how anxious I was about the whole long wait to get to this point. He promised to keep an eye out for my biopsy results and to call as soon as he got them. I totally understand why he has such long waiting lists for his services....he is a lovely, kind and easygoing man and anyone would be lucky to receive his expert skills and care. His staff are also very thoughtful and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Gray.

Dr. Jason Gray is excellent. I visited Dr. Gray for a surgery consultation and he took the time to explain the science behind the surgery and my options. Ultimately, we decided it wasn't the right procedure for me at this time (some surgeons would rather sell you a procedure than give sound medical advice). Ethical, compassionate, knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Gray.

On August 20th 2020 I had abdominoplasty procedure -----WOW results were UNBELIEVABLE a PERFECT job. The results were beyond my expectations. I want to thank Dr. Gray and his team from the front desk to home care support and the medical staff in the operating room. This team kept me informed, monitored, cared for with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend Dr. Gray and his staff as I could not be happier with the results.

My daughter Brianne had a breast reduction with Dr Gray this January. Amazing results. My daughter is standing taller and has her confidence back again. In addition, her back pain is definitely subsiding. She raves that Dr Gray was so kind, caring and very professional. I am so happy to see her smile again.

10 days after cosmetic surgery I couldn’t be happier. Although it was a long wait, exacerbated by Covid, my experience was great. A couple of days of discomfort but I was prepared for worse. Dr. Gray and his staff are competent and caring. I believe the surgery, after effects and care were fully explained. The home visit the next morning by Nurse Julie was welcome. Final stitches out 3 days ago and bruising has almost disappeared. And back to the gym yesterday!

Dr Jason Gray performed surgery for painful complications I experienced from past corrective procedures followed by a breast reduction to correct asymmetry. It has been a few months now and I'm delighted to report that I am no longer in pain and the results are incredible. I didn't expect to ever look or feel normal but I do (with scars of course) and it's life changing. Dr Gray is the most talented, kind, and gentle doctor I have ever met, and he made sure that I understood the risks and had reasonable expectations. Highly recommended.
