She is honest with how much time she spends during your appointment - only charges you for working time. She has made me feel very comfortable at every appointment and is non-judgemental. The hours of pain to achieve the desired results have been offset by her friendly personality and confidence. It's been a long battle - tried laser for years before, but her electrolysis is really permanent. Totally confidential and private. Great conversations when I was talkative, or argumentative about politics and covid. A real professional .

She attempts to make me feel comfortable all the time. In fact, it is easy for me to have a conversation with her. The first time I went for my first treatment she put so much effort in and explained everything about electrolysis in a way that I was able to understand her. I’ve been going to her over a year and I can see the difference in hair growth. She absolutely cares about her client and makes sure that they are happy with everything. I recommend her to anyone.
