Furnace not working phoned Prime because of 5* reviews, on the phone very professional came after completing his job Quickly diagnosed and explained problem went over the scenarios for repairs/service. Went with part replacement (main gas flow controller)which he carried in his truck. When the Work was completed he verified operation of furnace heating and shutting down. Sam definitely lived up to his 5 star reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prime Tech has been nursing our furnace along for over 5 years. During this time we have called him out at all hours and he has always made the time to get us up and running. Sam even brought his daughter along on one occasion, I was surprised to see her roll up her sleeve like she knew what she was doing. Sam is personable, honest, knowledgeable and provided a fair price for services rendered.
But all good things must come to an end and the cost of repairs to keep the furnace going was not advisable any longer with the blower shot and the burner box past it's life expectancy. Sam suggested we look at one of the new, much more efficient units and provided me with a quote to get both the furnace and the hot water tank done. As he pointed out the hot water tank was also running on borrowed time.
So I got 2 other quotes, one of which was definitely not in our best interest, the other was about $1000. more than Sam's price for the same furnace and hot water on demand.
Long story short, Sam pulled the required permits, his team did the install of both units in one day and cleaned up after themselves . He also helped us afterwards with all the paperwork required for warrantee purposes and lets not forget the DOUBLE rebates from Fortis which saved us almost $3000.
Sam, Lorri and I would like to thank you and your team for a job well done and for making this challenging time a positive experience.

My furnace was on the fritz and he was able to fix it and make it run properly!! Definitely would recommend him for any work. He is professional and an amazing guy! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam was professional and friendly. The day we asked him to inspect our furnace, he showed up before the time he gave me which was pleasant. After discussing options, we had Sam and his team install a new furnace and AC unit. They did a great job and I would recommend his service and team. In fact, I have already told others and will use his services for duct cleaning and maintenance in the future.

Sam came 15 minutes before arrival time, he was quick in understanding the problem and gave me an idea as to what went out and how much it cost. Within an hour, it was back up and running. The best part was the motor he installed is a lot more quiet and more efficient.

He replaced the blower motor on our 30+ year old furnace and was very professional and reasonably priced. He had all the parts in the truck so it was just a one time visit. He is going to be the guy I call for our new furnace for sure. Marriage saver! Thanks
