He was professional and we were impressed with his customer service. So when we needed to get our boiled serviced, Joel was my first call. He was courteous and professional in describing the issue he identified and gave a breakdown of the repair involved. Happy to recommend Joel at Knowledge HVAC!!

Got our AC working and we couldn’t be any happier. Thanks Joel and we appreciate the feedback and advice on how to operate the AC. We will definitely contact you for future repairs.

Odaine and Joel were very professional and identified the issue and thorough in their investigation. Will hire them again.

He gave clear instructions and we were able to solve all the issues in half an hour! I will be recommending Knowledge HVAC to my friends and family.
