Great doctor. Secretarial service to improve. Impossible to communicate with them in the afternoon even if it is only to confirm an appointment.

Et quand mon enfant est malade mon médecin de famille ne peux le voir car il a un "pédiatre" . Çà fait pas de sens. Tell me about her! A pediatric clinic that makes no appointment. It's used to having a pediatrician to see him once a year. And when my child is sick my family doctor can not see him because he has a "pediatrician". It does not make sense.

Les secrétaires sont professionnelles et font leur travail. Je ne vois pas pourquoi tant de gens mettent une mauvaise note juste à cause de la secrétaire. Je veux dire, on va chez le médecin pour voir le médecin pas pour la secrétaire ! First meeting with the doctor and my boy tsa immediately appreciated it. The appointment was on time, no delay from the doctor. The secretaries are professional and do their job. I don't see why so many people put a bad note just because of the secretary. I mean, we're going to the doctor to see the doctor, not the secretary!

On the other hand, one of their secretary is not at all in her place in a pediatric clinic she is very stupid she has no empathy and she allows herself to say very inappropriate comments when It must not. It has no place in this clinic

Après quoi les urgence des hôpitaux se plaignent d'engorgement, allez comprendre pourquoi? C'est simple les cliniques pédiatriques ne prennent pas de nouveaux clients. Alors bien sur on doit se rendre à l'hôpital pour avoir un suivi pour nos enfants. Do not take on a new client. I have a newborn baby and can't get an appointment or a pediatrician for my baby. After which hospital emergencies complain of congestion, go and understand why? It's simple pediatric clinics don't take on new clients. So of course we have to go to the hospital to have follow-up for our children.

Incroyable If no one is taking new patients .. how do or will the new parents find a pediatrician or even follow-up appointments .. ??? Unbelievable

Donne souvent des commentaires très déplacés, oubli souvent de rappeler pour ce qui est du rv annuel, même quand tu es suposee être sur liste de rappel. Souvent très bête, on voit qu'elle n'est pas à sa place dans une clinique pediatrique. Je donne cet avis, car pour moi aujourd'hui a été de trop. J'aurais eu besoin d'un rv d'urgence pour ma fille et cela avec recommandation de l'hôpital et autre médecin et elle c'est permise de me dire on ne donne pas rv durgence pour cela, pourtant hier elle me disait de rappeler car le médecin de ma fille allait être là et pouvais me donner rv. C'est au sans rv ailleurs qui ont tout fait pour lui donner rv en déplaçant d'autre patient moins urgent, car ma fille c'était très urgent. C'est pas normal. Very good pediatricians, they give excellent service. However, the secretary, I weigh my words a lot. Often gives very inappropriate comments, often forgetting to call back for the annual rv, even when you are supposed to be on the callback list. Often very stupid, we see that it is out of place in a pediatric clinic. I give this advice because for me today was too much. I would have needed an emergency appointment for my daughter and that with a recommendation from the hospital and another doctor and she is allowed to tell me we do not give an emergency appointment for that, yet yesterday she told me to call back because my daughter's doctor was going to be there and could give me an appointment. It was without an appointment elsewhere who did everything to give him an appointment by moving other less urgent patient, because my daughter was very urgent. It is not normal.
