Customer service is 10/10 and that sweet little pooch makes my heart melt! Definitely a TBay treasure in the downtown core!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We happened to spot Pretty Fly Co during a quick stopover in Thunder Bay and it’s such a cute shop. Lots of great Canadian brands and really well curated products - we bought a face mask that we couldn’t wait to try back at the hotel and it was a fantastic after days on the road. The owner was lovely and she offered us a ton of great suggestions for similar shops along our route. Highly recommend ?
