★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop with amazing selection and knowledgeable staff! My favorites are red fox (cheddar), st. Agur (soft blue), five brothers (like a mix of gouda and swiss) and the legendary Chateau de Bourgogne (super creamy brie). In addition to the amazing cheeses, they have a great selection of goodies to fill out your charcuterie board and some of the best local products in their shop (baking, chocolates, dairy, cheese curds, fish, coffee). So glad we have this gem of a shop giving us access to the world's best cheeses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a former VIP customer at the famous Globo Cheese in Toronto's Kensington Market, its so good to have a local cheese shop in our remote little burg. Sadly, the funkiest of washed-rind and soft cheeses will probably not be available as they really don't have a shelf life. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and the selection is solid, if heavy on semi-hard and hard varieties.
But here's the key, the best part of a cheese shop is that you can taste. So buy something that begs for cheese and then think about it while tasting any cheese you want to try. Buy a few that contrast, and serve with some fresh and dried fruit and an off-dry wine (or micro brew) for a cosmopolitan plate of nibblies or game night snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing cheese selections! Wide variety of cheese selections from goat, to Gouda, thunder oak cheese curds, and many more! Even having some interesting meats at very good prices like duck meat, and smoked bacon. 100% reccomend a visit!

They have everything and anything you could need for a charcuterie including olives, crackers, jams, mustards, serving boards, olive oils, honey, and more. Some of the local goods include saint Paul coffee, sleepy g farms, heartbeat hot sauce, Tomlin, and products from farms and bakeries.
