★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. This location has zero communication with there customers.
I specially told them when I ordered that I want to put a few vegetables on the Stampeders steak sandwich.
Being the only customers in the store it took 3 guys ten minutes to make my sandwich and then they handed it to me without asking what vegetables I wanted. I asked what happened, why didn’t they communicate with me and I was told this location doesn’t add anything to the sandwiches and they are menu specific.
That’s bogus because I’ve been eating pressed sandwiches for years and have always added vegetables to my sandwiches.
I will never ever go to this location again. Terrible manors, terrible customer service I will not be a pressed customer any more. You lost me as customer and I will tell everyone not to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small chain sandwich shop. I tried the large golden bear. The sandwich was a bit sweet for my taste but still good. Next time I would likely good for the regular size sandwich but add a soup as well. The staff were friendly and the facilities clean.

This restaurant proves fast food can be healthy. The sandwiches are much larger than your standard loaf and plenty filling. Plenty of vegetarian options too! Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious sandwich but one issue. Employee went from taking my cash to making my sandwich with the same gloves. I had asked her to change her gloves when she went to grab the bread, she was agreeable to same without hesitation. However, I hope this is not a common practice as this is not safe food handling. Please review this with staff for future.
