★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered food from skip the dish at 612. Big wing does there own delivery service and says it will show up at 740-810. I got my at 850 to have it cold and missing things I ordered. Not impressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some food the other day through skip the dish and when it got delivered there was a half order of ribs missing. I called big wings and without hesitation, they said they were sending the missed order out asap and when it arrived they gave me a full order for inconvenience and even left a nice little note on the takeout container ! Not to mention the ribs were fresh and hot, will continue to support this business ! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have order a few times from the central location and there is always a pack of wings missing. The supervisor at the store is extremely unhelpful and kept saying the wings were sent out and delivered, the wings were clearly not delivered or else there wouldn’t be a problem. They kept refusing to refund or to make another pack of wings completely ripping of their customers. The place is trash and they need to work on their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered wings from skip the dishes over 2 hours ago, still no sign of them, this isnt the first time this has happened either. I called to get an update, the greeted me when they first answered but pretended to not hear me, they dont feel like dealing with skip customers who have been waiting nearly 3 hours for their food. If I could give 0 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my food from Skip. When I arrived on time for pick-up, I noticed 5 people were awkwardly standing around in the restaurant. When I approached the counter waiting to be addressed, the servers did not even acknowledge my presence. When I tried to get their attention they proceeded to answer phone calls instead of addressing myself, the other customers already waiting as well as new customers entering the restaurant. What’s even worse is that pick-up orders were piling up on the counter and the worker at the front wouldn’t even bother to hand out the food that was ready. So after 20 minutes of standing and awkwardly waiting to be acknowledged by any of the staff, I finally got my order.
To top off the unnecessary wait time, the food I received was absolutely horrendous. The fried ribs were rubbery on the inside and the flavours were extremely subdued. It was absolutely not worth the wait or money I paid.
I will not be coming back to this business ever again. And if you read the comments, this seems to be an ongoing issue. Furthermore, the business owner only has replied to few comments and hasn’t demonstrated they’re willing to rectify these issues when they have responded.
**I advise everyone to read the comments, and not waste your time or your money on this business.**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with my last encounter at this location. Multiple times when i order food on skip the dishes they forget pieces of my order and usually they are really good about it and either give me and refund or resend out whatever is missing. That was not the case today i just basically got told tough luck and was hung up on. This place is quiet pricey and was suppose to be a treat for dinner and i’m missing an entire order of $11 wings and the situation was handled so poorly but whoever the manager was that was working. Will never be ordering here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has really gone downhill over the last year or two. The amount and quality of their food isn't worth the price they charge. Ordering from them, whether on the Skip App or on the phone, always seems to be a hassle (especially at the Central Ave. location). We used to really enjoy their wings and ribs but given our last few experiences, we won't be ordering here again. Such a shame as the Mobster sauce is the best!
