Easy to speak to, no pressure selling, just an easy guy to speak with on your real estate needs. We all think realtors are sleezy and commission driven, I honestly felt Jerry and team cared about our needs and fit more than just doing a deal. Fast forward from 2015 to 2020 unit is now my son's new home - right before completion the team helped us assess mortgage options and more. Our investment is more than 100% up from purchase price and I can't recommend Jerry and team more! Professional and available anytime we reached out. We've referred PresalesVIP on few times because of that!
