★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented Stellar Jay - an absolutely stunning and modern, bright home for a retreat weekend.
The tech integrations were mind blowing, the home was fully stocked with everything we could need, and close to Nik North. Our fav was the living room with fireplace overlooking the golf course, with the 2nd floor games nook. Our group was apart sometimes but this layout made everyone feel connected.
The Premium Whistler team was a dream to work with - super communicative and met all of our needs.
Looking forward to booking this home again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off with a PEW's mismanagement of a lower advertised priced unit on AirBnB that resulted in us getting compensated with a slightly smaller unit at a discounted price which was still more expensive than the original booking. Nonetheless, we understood it was a long weekend and didn't have any other options. We stayed in a teched out, beautifully remodeled and fully stocked 3 bdr townhouse on Painted Cliff - it was a great place for our family and kids loved it! Location was super quiet and easy to get to by car - transit was on strike so we couldn't take advantage of the shuttle. We definitely will go through PEW for this or another one of their properties the next time we visit Whistler, again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic stay in Whistler all due to the massive support and help from the Premium Experiences Whistler team. From helping us to navigate the ups and downs of COVID travel restrictions, to ensuring we were set up for some fun when we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay a trip of a lifetime. Last minute reservations when everything was booked solid felt impossible, but Maria and team pulled it off! Each place we ate was fantastic and even had a friend of the team's drop in on our dinner to ensure we were enjoying ourselves! We hope to be back to Whistler again next year and will be looking forward to working with the Premium Experiences Whistler team again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Premium Experiences to book a house for 12+ during our visit to Whistler, and they were great to work with! From the jump, Theresa was so quick to respond and helped us narrow down the right home for our group. We landed on High Point Estate, and it did not disappoint! The house itself was gorgeous, and had everything we could have wanted. The customer service with Premium Experiences made it even better. Theresa met us at the house on arrival and walked us through everything we needed to know. We also received passes for the private Kadenwood gondola to creekside village. The concierge, Maria, helped us a ton with activities and bookings. She set up two private chefs to come in and cook for us, which I would highly recommend. She also coordinated Black Tie Ski Rental to do our ski/boot fitting right at the house, which was key, since the house is ski in/ski out. All of our requests during our stay were fulfilled with ease. I very highly recommend this group for any of your booking needs in Whistler. Top notch properties and top notch service!
